Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) is a highly efficient organic waste gas treatment equipment. It has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency (more than 95%), low running cost, high volume and low concentration exhaust gas. When the concentration is slightly higher, it can also carry out two residual heat recovery and greatly reduce production and operation costs.

Technological principle

Organic waste gas is heated by direct combustion or electric igniting, and the organic molecules are oxidized to CO at high temperature (750-800 C). Two And H Two O, high temperature flue gas is stored in the ceramic regenerator by storing heat in the regenerator to preheat the organic waste gas entering RTO. RTO is generally divided into two boxes and three boxes, which is operated through automatic air switching cycle. RTO can fully recover the heat generated by oxidizing and decomposing organic waste gas and reduce the energy consumption of the system.
