Dust removal principle
When the dusty gas enters into the air inlet, some large particles of dust in the gas are separated by inertia force and fall directly into the ash hopper after passing through the middle box. The dusty gas rises through the middle box to the round bag filter area, and the gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. After purification, the gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth and then is discharged by the air outlet.
With the prolongation of filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag is continuously thickened, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the resistance of the equipment rises to the set value, the pulse control device acts, the first solenoid valve opens, and the compressed air flows into the filter bag in a very short time from the blowpipe to the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand and deform and generate vibration, and under the action of reverse air scour. The dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped and fallen into the ash hopper. After 6 seconds, the second solenoid valves are opened and blown, and a cleaning cycle is completed in turn. The first solenoid valve is opened and the last solenoid valve is opened to a cleaning cycle.
